The main body of the plant is mounted on a steel frame, which makes it easy to place the whole plant on a trailer for transportation, and the steel frame can also be used as part of the foundation, so that the foundation work can be reduced to a minimum. The mixing platform, the metering platform and the lifting system platform have the same space as the stationary mixing plant, which fully guarantees the need for calibration, inspection and maintenance of the equipment. There is still enough space for daily work when an external protective layer is required. The modular design of the whole set of mixing plant is divided into 4 modules, and each module can be directly loaded into the container for transportation with full consideration of the transportation size of the container. Among them, the operation room, lower rail, lifting hopper, batching plant main body are integrated in one chassis to form the bottom module, the transition rail in the middle to form the raised support module, the mixer, mixing layer rail, pipeline and wire channel components are integrated in the chassis to form the mixing layer module, the powder weigher, water weigher, admixture weigher, admixture box, pipeline, wire channel and winch system are integrated in the chassis to form the weighing layer module.
