Dry Type Sand Manufacturing Plant Tower Sand and Gravel Aggregate Optimization System
sand and gravel aggregate optimization system, also known as the tower sand making machine line, is a modern advanced sand making system. The use of certificate closed state, relying on neutral conveying, can greatly reduce energy consumption, improve the operation effect, and ensure environmental protection. Although the sand and gravel optimization system requires a large number of steel structures, and the construction cost is slightly higher than that of the tiled production line, the space utilization rate is very high. The closed workshop can effectively control the dust, and the production is more environmentally friendly, which is more in line with the production standards of modern environmentally friendly sand making.
Working principle
1. The material is crushed by sand and gravel optimization system, eliminating the needle-shaped material, removing the sharp edges and corners of the sand, so that the grain size reaches the required size.
2. The crushed material is evenly transported to the mold-controlled sieve through the conveyor and vibrating feeder, the material is graded, and the grading of the sand is finely controlled. The unqualified material is returned to the sand and gravel optimization system for crushing, and the excess stone powder is removed by a dust removal collector.
3. Separate the qualified finished product into the humidifying agitator, and then mix and wet to control the moisture content of the finished sand to further ensure the quality of the finished sand.
4. The excess stone powder produced in the production is collected by the pulse dust collector, sent to the finished material tank by the pneumatic conveying system, and then packaged and transported.
Taian Chenli's independently developed sand and gravel optimization system adopts a fully enclosed tower layout, efficient single-machine performance and reasonable process connection, which makes the finished sand full in shape, reasonable in gradation and controllable in moisture content. The various indicators of machine-made sand are comparable to those of natural sand, and can meet the application requirements of different occasions such as concrete mixing plants, mortar plants, and sand and gravel yards.
